The information we collect

We use third party companies to fulfil your purchases on the website, including our hosted shop (delivered by WooCommerce), our payment platform (delivered by Stripe) and our physical distribution warehouse, who will have access to only the data that is essential to the selling and delivery process. We also use MailChimp to store the contact information for our email newsletter subscribers, and to create and send those newsletters.
We will never sell or supply your data for marketing purposes to third parties.
How we use the information we collect
Purchasing products from our shop: Information collected as part of the selling process allows us to perform our contract with you, to be able to sell, supply and deliver products to you. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order or return a purchase, you imply that you consent to our collecting and using that information for that specific reason only.
Opting in to our email newsletter: By opting in to our email newsletter, you give us permission to contact you with emails about our company and products, news, exclusives and offers. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of our emails, or contacting us at email@example.com. Your consent to receiving the newsletter is the lawful basis on which we collect and process your data for this purpose.
Browsing our site: Automatically collecting your computer’s IP address provides us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may use such information provided to improve our products, services and this website. By using our site you agree to us collecting this information for this purpose.

We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect any information provided from theft, alteration or unauthorised inspection. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we implement all generally accepted industry standards.
Third party services
Our shop is hosted on the WooCommerce platform, and we use Stripe as a payment gateway for all orders made through this website. We use MailChimp to manage, build and send our email newsletters. We also provide links to share pages from our website to the social platforms Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Soundcloud.
In general, the third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Our ecommerce platform is provided by WooCommerce, which makes use of 3 cookies:
The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and help WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
