All of our books and products are shipped from the United Kingdom.
We offer a range of services, depending on the delivery destination, which will be presented at checkout. Where possible, we offer a tracked service (APC in the UK, Interpost for international orders) and in regions where tracked prices are higher, we also offer a competitively priced untracked priority service. Our guide delivery times are as follows:
UK: 1 to 2 working days
Europe (Western): 5 to 7 working days
Europe (Central and Eastern): 5 to 7 working days
International: 2 to 4 working days
UK: 4 to 7 working days
Europe (Western): 5 to 10 working days
Europe (Central and Eastern): 5 to 14 working days
International: 8 to 15 working days
We aim to ship orders within 3 days. Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification via email. If you have selected a tracked service, the tracking link will be included in this email.
All of our books are shrink-wrapped, and packed with corner protectors in secure card wrap mailers. Prints are tissue-wrapped and packed in thick archival tubes.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within our advised shipping times, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate this for you on the double. We aim to answer all order queries within 24 hours during the working week (Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm) and any weekend enquiries on the following Monday.
Returns and damages
We accept all returns requested within 14 days of your order. In such cases, we just ask that the item is returned in its original condition. If you’d like to return a product, please get in touch at email@example.com to arrange this. All refunds exclude postage costs.
If your item has arrived damaged, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a replacement. Please also provide a description of the damage or photographs, which will also help us immensely in avoiding damages in the future.
